We loved the 24-hour reception with helpful staff, clean apartment with soft towels and provided toiletries. Comfy beds, access to an outside area with furniture, and no road noise. Convenient location with good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Close to train station.

The apartment was in a favourable location. For safety measures it had smoke detectors. The management and staff were helpful.

Room was extremely spacious and had a microwave oven, air conditioning, and a personal safe. Decent, magnificent setting not far from a taxi, the outer city center of Palma and restaurants and shops. Exceptionally friendly staff, nothing too much trouble...

The apartment was stunning, with top-notch amenities and a spacious terrace. The friendly and responsive staff made our stay even better, always available through WhatsApp. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Palma de Mallorca.

The location was a bit far from the city center and the neighborhood felt unsafe, especially at night. The communication with the staff was poor and they were not accommodating regarding cancellations.

It had a decent setting short walk to the city centre, a shop for groceries across the street, and the square in front of the building.

The lack of parking space was a downside, especially if you have a rental car. It took a lot of time each day to find a parking spot in the street.

Located on a lively square, the hotel is just a short walk away from the bustling city center and offers easy access to a variety of restaurants and shops. The modernly equipped apartments are exceptionally clean and well-furnished, boasting comfortable beds and spacious terraces. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay, providing excellent service and promptly addressing any issues.

Some guests have reported noise issues due to the lack of soundproofing in certain areas of the hotel.

We had an amazing romantic escape at a modern and clean apartment equipped with everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main historical center and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.

We had some issues with the towel service during our stay. The towels had stains on them and they were not replaced as promised.

noisy neighbors

The Explore two bedroom apartment is a flirty and bright room that made us feel right at home. We loved the spacious bedrooms and the cozy living room. Having a well-fitted kitchen with a dining area allowed us to cook our own meals and enjoy them together as a family. The flat-screen TV was a great addition, especially for lazy evenings when we wanted to unwind and watch our favorite shows. The private terrace in the studio apartment was a delightful surprise! We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee and soaking up the sun in complete privacy. The Smart TV with cable channels was a nice touch, providing us with plenty of entertainment options during our stay.

Personally, we found it necessary to ventilate the kitchen after cooking certain dishes that left a strong smell. However, others may not mind this as much.

The penthouse apartment had a huge terrace. High-end decor, comfy bed, modern shower room with luxury products. Fab air con and well-equipped kitchenette. Helpful staff and convenient location.
